We are really fortunate to work in partnership with Croydon Commitment, who connect us with a wide range of businesses and volunteers. Their support enables our students to experience a variety of activities and projects, each aimed at building confidence, developing transferable skills, and encouraging them to think about their future pathways.

On Wednesday 16th July, our Year 10 students took part in a Careers and Employability event designed to inspire and prepare them for the world of work.

The team shared practical advice and conducted mock interviews with our students during a back-to-back interview skills session. This gave our Year 10s the chance to practice first-hand how to present themselves to potential employers, reflect on their strengths, and identify areas to improve.

The event was a valuable opportunity for students to gain real-world insight and begin shaping their aspirations. We are grateful to Croydon Commitment and all the business partners and volunteers who gave their time and expertise to make the day such a success. Thank you also to Ms Bhogal for her support in organising and coordinating the event.

Excited to see how our students apply these skills as they take on Year 11!
