The deadline for applications for NEW JOINERS is Friday 16^th January 2026 

Following receipt of applications from students who currently attend Woodcote High School, they will be invited to a guidance interview with a senior member of staff. The purpose of this meeting will be to consider how well-suited a student is to the course choices they have selected and to offer advice and guidance, as appropriate. At the end of this meeting, the student will be made a conditional offer of a place in Woodcote Sixth Form if the senior member of staff is satisfied that the application is suitable. Guidance interviews for students currently at Woodcote High School will take place in early December.

Following receipt of applications from students who do not currently attend Woodcote High School, references and reports will be requested from students’ current schools. Following this, the student will be sent a conditional offer of a place in Woodcote Sixth Form if the application is suitable.

There will be an opportunity for students to request any changes to their chosen courses after the publication of mock results. Following GCSE examinations in the summer term, all students expecting to join Woodcote Sixth Form in September 2026 will be invited to the Woodcote Sixth Form Induction Days.

Woodcote Sixth Form Enrolment will take place on GCSE Results Day.
