Key Stage 5
We are proud to share that 2025 has been our best year of A-Level Results ever!
- Over 70% of A-Level students achieved A–C grades, with nearly 46% at A–B and 17% at A–A*
- Vocational students excelled too, with over 50% achieving Distinction or Distinction*, and 93% at Merit or above
- These results are well above national averages and have enabled a large proportion of our students to progress to their first-choice universities, apprenticeships, or competitive careers.

Key Stage 4
We are extremely proud of our Year 11 students and all they have achieved. Their excellent examination results year after year have helped establish Woodcote High School as one of Croydon’s most consistently successful schools.
In the summer of 2025, our students once again showed determination and resilience, achieving results that matched or exceeded national averages:
- Nearly two-thirds of our students achieved Grades 9-4 in both English & Maths
- Almost half of our students secured strong passes (Grades 9–5) in both English & Maths
- Two-thirds of our students gained 5 or more GCSEs at Grades 9–4
- With GCSE results consistently above national averages, our students are confidently securing their preferred post-16 pathways and opportunities
Although there is no Progress 8 measure in 2025, we are proud that this has been a consistently strong area for Woodcote High School. We look forward to building on this success and remain fully committed to helping every student achieve their full potential.
