Celebrating Student Achievement
We are extremely proud of our students who were recognised at the Croydon Youth Awards, a borough-wide celebration of young people making a positive and lasting impact within Croydon.
The awards, led by young people for young people, celebrate achievement, leadership, creativity, talent, and community contribution across the borough. The event highlights the many ways in which young people are driving positive change in their schools and communities.
We are delighted to share the achievements of our nominated and winning students. Evie P was named Runner-Up for the Academic Excellence & Progress Award, recognising her outstanding dedication, commitment, and academic growth. Karina V was awarded the Kindness & Inclusion Award, celebrating her exceptional compassion, positive attitude, and contribution to creating an inclusive school community.
We would also like to congratulate Lauren W, who was nominated for the Resilience and Inspiration Award, and Elliot W, who was nominated for the Young Leader Award. These nominations reflect the strength of character, leadership, and determination both students demonstrate in their daily school life.
The evening was made even more special by the presence of family members supporting the students in celebrating their achievements. Evie was joined by both of her parents, while Karina was supported by her dad, grandparents, and cousin, making it a memorable and proud occasion for all involved.
We are incredibly proud of all four students for their achievements and the positive example they set for others across the school community.
