Year 10s Conquer the North Downs!

On the 9th of May, our brave Year 10 students set off on their practice expedition across the stunning landscapes of the North Downs and Box Hill. Over two days, they hiked a total of 25km – navigating trails, carrying all their gear, and managing not to get too lost along the way!

Spirits remained high throughout, with students even finding the energy to play ball games well into the evening after a long day’s hike. As part of their training, each group planned and cooked their own evening meals, showing fantastic teamwork, resilience, and independence.

We are incredibly proud of their determination, positive attitude, and sense of adventure. We look forward to cheering them on as they take part in their assessed expedition on the 20th June!
