Celebrating Cultural Day with a Vibrant Display of Diversity
WHS came alive with colour, flavour, and tradition today as our students and staff celebrated Cultural Day, a vibrant event that highlights the rich diversity within our Woodcote community.
This week, the theme of culture has been woven into various activities, allowing students to explore and appreciate different traditions. Through food, clothing, and storytelling, we aim to deepen students’ understanding of cultural heritage while fostering an environment that is even more Welcoming, Happy, and Supportive.
Culture Day is not just about showcasing traditions but about embracing one another’s uniqueness.
From sampling international cuisines to dressing in traditional attire and sharing personal stories, Culture Day has been an enriching experience – one that strengthens connections and celebrates the beauty of diversity at WHS.
A huge thank you to our Senior Six and Head Students, Praise and Raphael who have organised this brilliant event.
