A huge well done and congratulations to our Jack Petchey winners for the Summer Term.

Tyrone, Year 8 – This recognition award reflects the outstanding kindness, respect, and positivity Tyrone consistently demonstrates. His friendly demeanour, helpfulness, and respectful attitude have truly made a real difference in creating a welcoming environment, not just for his peers, but for me as a new staff member. Tyrone’s ability to make others feel valued and appreciated is a testament to his character and the values celebrated by the Jack Petchey Award. He consistently goes above and beyond to contribute to a positive atmosphere and serves as a wonderful example to others of what it means to be supportive and considerate. Thank you for your kindness and for making such a positive impact. Congratulations on this well-deserved.

Joshua, Year 8 – This is a truly well-deserved recognition of your outstanding achievement in representing Tottenham Hotspur Football Club as a member of their U13’s first team. His talent, dedication, and commitment to the sport are incredibly impressive. Playing at such a high level at his age is a testament to his hard work, discipline, and passion for football. He not only achieves personal success but also inspiring others with his determination and drive. Congratulations, Joshua!

Andrada, Year 9 – A dedicated and inspiring student, Andrada has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, kindness, and commitment to making a positive impact on those around her. Whether supporting peers, going the extra mile to uplift others, she truly embodies the values of compassion and responsibility. Her academic achievements, particularly in Religious Education, reflect her thoughtful engagement and maturity beyond her years. Andrada’s work in RE stands out not only for its high standard but for the insight and empathy she brings to discussions on moral, cultural, and spiritual issues.

Tallulah, Year 10 – Has been awarded the Jack Petchey Achievement Award in recognition of her extraordinary dedication and compassion as an equestrian. Her skill and determination have earned her numerous rosettes and competition wins. Tallulah has a remarkable ability to rehabilitate horses that others deem unrideable, using patience and understanding to bring out the best in every animal. Her care extends beyond horses: she works at a dog grooming salon, where her love for animals continues to shine, and she often goes above and beyond – once even taking an injured bird home from school to nurse it back to health. Through her tireless work and genuine kindness, Tallulah has made a real impact on both the lives of animals and those who know her. She is a shining example of dedication and compassion, and an inspiration to her peers.

Rowan, Year 10 – Has been awarded the Jack Petchey Achievement Award for his outstanding dedication and leadership in supporting the school’s Under-12 Boys Football team. Throughout the entire year, Rowan has committed his time and energy to helping with training – rain or shine – showing unwavering enthusiasm and responsibility. More than just a coach, Rowan has been a true role model to the younger players. His encouragement, patience, and passion for the game have inspired the team, helping to build their confidence, skills, and teamwork. His commitment goes far beyond the pitch – Rowan’s positive attitude and reliability have made a lasting impression on everyone he works with. Respected by staff and admired by students, Rowan’s efforts have made a real difference, and he is fully deserving of this recognition.

Melanie, Year 12 – This recognition is a well-deserved acknowledgment of Melanie’s dedication, hard work, and remarkable achievements. Her consistent progress in BTEC Level 3 Health and Social Care is truly impressive, demonstrating a strong commitment to both her studies and future career. In addition, Melanie’s proactive approach in organizing and securing a health-related work placement at Day Space, supporting adults with learning disabilities, highlights a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Her initiative in pursuing real-world experiences is inspiring and reflects the qualities of a future leader in the health and social care sector. The school is incredibly proud of Melanie and the positive example she sets for her peers. We look forward to seeing her continue to excel in all that she does.
