Last week, on Thursday 23rd April, we hosted a virtual UCAS Preparation event aimed at supporting our Year 12 students and their Parents/Carers as they begin planning their Post-18 pathways.
This event provided essential guidance on the university application process. Topics covered during the session included an overview of UCAS, details about the UCAS Discovery trip, an explanation of tariff points, and guidance on using Unifrog. Students also received advice on the application process, writing a personal statement, and key upcoming dates.
This event was also an important opportunity for families to better understand the steps involved in applying to higher education and to support students as they prepared for the next stage of their academic journey. You can view the presentation here.
